Our client BOSCH is leading in innovative working culture. Working Out Loud, short WOL, is the keyword.
WOL is attitude and method. Katharina Krenz together with her Co-creation team adapted the methods of John Stepper for BOSCH and developed them further for new fields of application worldwide, e.g. innovation processes.
In Working Out Loud circles, coworkers from different departments connect each others and learn building a topic based network for reaching goals and turning projects into reality. In the process, your work gets visible, creates additional value for the network and strengthens BOSCH's power of innovation within the digital change.
Right now, the BOSCH-WOL-Community includes 600 circles with 4500 members in 50 countries and keeps growing.
HDW supports this internal initiative by designing several information materials like flyers, posters, brochures, postcards and stickers. An exciting project in many different languages, like Japanese and Chinese. Thereby we discovered WOL's advantages for the HDW Team as well.
